Yes! At this time, we are able to ship to Canada via USPS First Class International shipping. (Currently, Canada is the only international destination where we are able to offer shipping.)

Our processing time to pack your order is is currently 2-5 business days. During high-volume shopping times, shipments may take a little longer. If there is any delay, we’ll send you an email shortly after you place your order to let you know. After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you know when to expect delivery.

Customized and made-to-order items require additional time to produce, even when expedited shipping is selected. Because these items are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns.

For orders that include custom embroidery, please allow 2-3 weeks until ready to ship.

For orders that include made-to-order products (Terry Letters, Terry Stars, and Numbers), please allow 4-7 business days until ready to ship.

For orders that include pullovers, please allow 2-3 weeks until ready to ship.

Please note that if an order includes both customized and non-customized items, the full order will ship once the customized items are ready.

Yes, all Rey to Z hats are adjustable and have a metal buckle in the back of the hat to adjust the size.

Yes! All Rey to Z hats are machine washable. Just place them in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle, and hang to air dry.

All Rey to Z hats adjust 1-2 inches both smaller and bigger. The inches listed below are the average size of the hat before it is adjusted:

Baby Hat (0M-12M) - 19 inches (metal buckle)

Toddler hat (1Y-4Y) - 21 inches (metal buckle)

Child hat (5Y-10Y) - 25 inches (metal buckle)

Adult hat – 25 inches (metal buckle)

Customized text on a hat costs an additional $15 per hat. Customized items require additional time to produce, please allow 2-3 weeks until ready to ship (even when expedited shipping is selected). Please note that if an order includes both customized and non-customized items, the full order will ship once the customized items are ready.

Beanies are made-to-order and final sale.

These beanies run true to the age range noted for each size, we do not recomend sizing up.

Sweatshirts are unisex sizing and run true to size.

We recommend washing inside-out on a delicate cycle and drying on low heat.

Sweatshirts require a 2-3 week turnaround before we can ship. We will work as quickly as we can to ship your sweatshirt order.
